Qualifications:

• Open to both male and female applicants
• Must have completed a 3-year contract as a Care Worker under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) (Ex-trainees must provide a Completion Certificate)
• Ex-trainees from other fields must pass the Proficiency Test (Prometric) for Nursing Care.

• New SSW applicants who are not ex � trainees are required to pass both the Proficiency Test (Prometric) for Nursing Care and JLPT N4 exam or its equivalent
